Pilbara Constructions were contracted to complete a major refurbishment to this heritage listed structure. The building itself had been compromised seriously by white ant infestation. It was stripped back to framework. Stump and bearers were repaired. Compromised framework was replaced like for like. Flooring was recycled and compromised sections replaced like for like. All new electrical wiring and plumbing installed. All new insulation and finishes to internal and external walls, restoring this iconic historical building to better than original condition.
